Ben Eisner
Mr. Eisner graduated from the Campbell University School of Law in 2010, serving on the Board of Editors of the Campbell Law Observer. Mr. Eisner represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases, as well as in workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy. Mr. Eisner represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters throughout North Carolina state courts and is an NCDRC Certified Mediator for Superior Court, Clerk of Court, and Special Proceedings. Since 2022, he has served as the County Attorney for Martin County and from November 2023 to May 2025 served as Interim County Manager.
